Come to the annual meeting on March 27 to socialize, elect new officers and participate in the planning session for 2004-2008. Outstanding service awards will be presented.

The meeting is scheduled to be held from 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM at ArtWorks (320 Hull St., Richmond, VA).
